This dance shoe is the standard tap and can't attest as to durability as it's only been used for a couple of lessons. She loves them, they are comfortable and the strap adjusts. Be aware that an adult size 5 in this tap shoe fit a girl wearing a size 3 regular shoe and there was no extra toe room . Shoe is fine but we had to go up two sizes. Customer service was great with trying to help size and when returning a 4 for these in size 5 that fit perfectly.
