I normally wear a size 9 and bought a size 10. I had tried on the shoes in a non-lace up and knew I had to order one size up. These are great for my line dancing class. The shipment was running a couple of days late and I received a phone call from a real person to let me know and with apologies hoping that was not an inconvenience.
