Not even close to the measurements listed

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter that is 56 inches tall. I was going to buy the small/ medium but after looking at the suggested measurements decided she definitely would need the medium/ large. The skirt came in and is too long for me and Iâ€™m 62 in! Wayyyyyy bigger than listed. The waste is also loose on me and I am a 2 in womenâ€™s clothing. Now itâ€™s over half what I paid just to return and get a smaller size so I guess Iâ€™m out of luck. Will not be ordering from here again!
