I purchased 8 pair of these wings. They are beautiful. They look like the jewel opal stone but not as white, when in the lights the iridescent pastel colors are amazing, and that is the studio light. I can only imagine how beautiful they will be on stage in professional lighting. The only negative thing to mention is on a couple of them at the bottom of the place you slide the stick in the stitches give way and the stick slides through. This is a easy fix, I just reinforced with extra stitching. As far as the size to order. My dancers using these are 11 - 12 yrs of age. I wanted the wings long enough to go to the floor but not trip on. The Small adult is perfect. I am 5'4 and would order the M/L for my height.

I am a beginner to Ballroom dancing. I am taking lessons with my finance' for our wedding. These shoes are beautiful and comfortable...and true to size. I ordered them in a light tan satin which looks lovely with my wedding gown which is ivory. The shipping time was pretty quick. I am very happy with this purchase and am considering ordering them in black too. The free shipping and returns offered by Danzia is great too!

My daughter did ballet for 3 years and wanted to switch to modern jazz. I didn't want to waste money on the leather jazz shoes, in the event she didn't like the class. Plus I thought the leather shoes might be slippery. She loved the canvas and they won't slippery. When she first put them on for class, I felt I should have gone up half a size. But when her class was done, she said the shoe didn't feel tight along the sides. Great shoe for the price.

Didn't know what to expect from buying this online. Great buy.

This was for my granddaughter's first dance class at school. The price was better than what they offered at school or at other retail stores. It is made very well and fits perfectly.
