This was my first time ordering from Danzia. Shipping times and customer service were great. I ordered the Capezio in sizes 9 and 9.5 to get the next sizes up for my toddler daughter. She is currently in a 8.5 in the Danshuz brand and an 8 in regular shoes. The Capezio run way smaller. The 9.5 was even smaller than the 8.5 Danshuz. I should have ordered a size and a half up to get the size I was looking for.

excellent product and great customer service

I bought this product for a toddler. The slippers are soft and sturdy. Very good quality. The elastic band was (very conveniently) already attached. Thank you also fo the excellent customer service. The product was shipped very fast.

    My daughter's street shoe size is child 4. I measured her foot and it's 9 inches. According to your size chart for measurements, it's saying she needs a size 6.5, which is women's shoe size 6.5. Is that correct? What is your return policy if it doesn't fit her?

    We advise customers to find sizing through size chart. However since we cannot guarantee sizing we provide 30 days to return for exchange or refund. Please note product cannot be used or on clearance if you will be returning.
