Tell us a little about yourself

-my name is Lara. I am from Slovenia where I also finished National Conservatory for ballet. And now I dance in Italy, Junior company Balletto di Verona.

How long have you been dancing for?

-I have been dancing for 16 years

What styles of dance do you specialize in?

-Classical ballet

What made you want to start dancing?

-I am not sure what was... I think there are people who are just born to dance. And they will start to dance once. So was with me. I just had to dance. It was in me and I have to put it out.

What has been your greatest accomplishment on your dance career?

-I cannot really say. Every day as a dancer you create things, movements with body which should be better and better and you have to be proud on this. And every time you are proud on you is a kind of accomplishment.

What has been your most memorable moment?

-I try to remember every important moments. And there were a lot of them.

What advice would you give to other dancers?

-Every day do as much as you can. Also if you think it is hard, do not forget that you love what you do. But if it is still too hard every single day. Then maybe dance is not for you.
