Follow these steps to join the Teacher Program:

1. Step 1: Fill out the teacher registration form below
2. Step 2: Send one of these two forms of document to prove your teaching status. You can send the information by email to programs@danzia.com or fax to 408-912-2881.
   • Studio website showing your name on faculty list.
   • Business license of the studio.

After we receive your registration and the proof document, we will review. Your teacher account will be activated within 24 hours if you are approved. We will notify and send you the teacher program package by email.
