Great for dancing, theatrical play and cocktail server. T-strap has been designed to move and perfectly articulate the dancer's foot allowing a wide range of motion. Genuine leather sole with "T" straps and CARRERA breathable leather like uppers.

    Do the Stephanie Ladies 2.5 Heel T-strap Character Shoes have some sort of protective plastic coating on the bottom? It peels horribly after a few wears. Do they need recovering?

    No, there's no plastic coating on the bottom of the shoes. If over the years it starts to peel away, you may need to purchase a whole new shoes or try to get them recovery.
