I purchased 5 of these dresses, 4 out of the 5 were defective; however when I contacted EwooMall they sent me a return label immediately. I returned the defective items and have received the replacement items. I am really pleased with the replaced items... These dresses are really soft and flows nicely... In spite of this little incident, I will definitely order from EwooMall again... I believe in second chances and they resolved my issue promptly.
