I ordered the white/gold dress for our praise dance team. The dress was pretty and move well but they are VERY THIN. We had to purchase slips because the standard leotard was just not enough.. I would recommend you do the same or have the dresses lined.

It is a dress that flatters all body types. My sleeves did not have the elastic at wrist though and very unhappy with that because I did not have the time to return.

If you use the measuring chart that is for this product you will get the correct size for you. All of my Little Angels look great in these dresses.
