The shipping was quite phenomenal because it came all the way from California to Texas in 3 business days (the minimum) so that was really amazing. I should warn you that the shoe size is a bit tricky. I wear a size 13 and bought the 14, but when the shoes arrived it was so tight and small that it was painful to walk in. I just let myself adjust to the shoes and I tried some shoe stretching methods instead of returning them since I really didn't want to go through that trouble, but I really thought I should have gotten the 15 back then. Now I'm almost halfway done with my Ballet class and I'm fully adjusted to the shoes now. The first couple of days they still felt tight but now they have stretched and fit my feet fine. I was worried that they might come apart or break but all is well and I think that they are sturdy shoes. P.S. mine didn't come with the straps already sewn
