Customer service was great. Shipping was fast all the way across the country. I normally do Zumba barefoot since it is difficult to find dance sneakers in a women's size 13. However, at 45 yo, barefoot Zumba hurts my heels. These shoes are great for Zumba! They have a nice pivot on floors or carpets so there is little strain on my knees. I will still need a gel heel pad or something as there's just not enough cushion for me. But, they give good support and flexibility. I highly recommend them.

I love the shoes and am replacing my old pair that fell apart. I thought maybe I could wear the new ones on a wood dance floor without sticking, but they do stick (so did my old ones, but I thought maybe they were dirty). I will wear them for dancing on linoleum and outdoors and wherever they will work.
