These shoes are absolutely great!! I find that the shank generally lasts a bit longer than the box, but that's nothing a little jet glue can't fix! I bought 3 pairs to stock up for Nutcracker season, and the customer service team notified me when my order would be shipped. All 3 pairs arrived in perfect condition.
